Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with ResumeAI. If you are not happy with your purchase, this policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
2. Subscription Plans (Pro & Premium)
If you purchased a Pro or Premium subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for that plan. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be eligible. To request a refund, email harshavarun872@gmail.com with your registered email address and order details.
3. AI Credit Top-Ups
Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. If the credits were not applied due to a technical error on our end, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card). Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where: the account has violated our Terms of Service; the refund window has passed; the same user has claimed a refund previously under this policy.
6. Payment Failures
If you were charged but did not receive access to your plan, email us immediately at harshavarun872@gmail.com with your payment details (Razorpay payment ID or UPI transaction reference). We will resolve this within 1 business day.
