1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ResumeAI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ResumeAI provides AI-powered tools to help users build, optimize, and tailor resumes. The Service includes an ATS score checker, job-description matcher, AI writing assistant, and resume templates. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or create accounts for automated or abusive purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform; use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses advanced AI models to generate resume content and suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before using it in job applications. Reshire does not guarantee employment outcomes.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where required. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless stated otherwise. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the resume content you create. By using the Service, you grant ResumeAI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the features. ResumeAI owns all rights to the platform, design, and software.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ResumeAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost employment opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
